Project overview

The Gulfstream Hotel is a 7-story historic hotel building, originally built in 1925 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The hotel was closed in November 2005 after suffering water damage from Hurricane Wilma that year and has remained closed since. Upon completion of the restoration, The Gulfstream will be operated as an upper-upscale, full-service hotel to be associated with the Tribute Portfolio or Autograph Collection brand, and will feature 90 rooms, a restaurant and lounge, a pool, a fitness room, a business center, a gift shop, and vending areas.
