Project overview
JacksonShaw AC will be a 441-room, 5-story, 266,356-square foot upscale modern European design and service hotel located in downtown Las Vegas. The hotel will be the newest development within the 61-acre, master planned multi-use development Symphony Park which currently hosts the Cleveland Clinic-Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, and the Discovery Children’s Museum. This project is Cirrus Low Carbon verified and will save over 12,000 metric tons in Carbon savings, as well as over $4.4 million in energy savings over its lifetime.
