The One South Main Tower was constructed in 1973 and originally served as a 205-room hotel. It is currently undergoing substantial renovations and being converted for multi-family and retail use. The property will include a fitness center, conference rooms, and ground and top-floor retail space. Tenants will benefit from an energy efficient building and reduced energy costs.
