Lake Erie College, a private liberal arts college founded in 1856, is converting an old Chase Bank office building into new, high-end housing for their students. The building will have 171 bedrooms, a fitness center, conference space, and a dining hall. The project is located in an Ohio Community Redevelopment Area and received a Historic Tax Credit allocation.
