Scripps Medical is a 35,390-square foot, three-story, suburban medical/dental office building located in Sacramento, CA. The building underwent major renovations after suffering damage from a fire in late 2021. Currently, 14 of the 17 office spaces are leased out. Scripps Medical will benefit from efficiency upgrades including the building envelope, electrical and lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and soft costs, saving $217,922 in energy costs over its lifetime.
