The Westington, located in Troy, MI, consists of two 3-story buildings. There will be 30 apartments each with two bedrooms, as well as an office and a multipurpose room in the north building. The Westington will benefit from efficiency upgrades to plumbing electric, the roof, windows, the building envelope, and HVAC system.
