Bladensburg Granite Solar LLC

Calvert Impact Capital, alongside BlueHub Capital, City First Enterprises, and the New York Energy City Efficiency Commission (NYCEEC) as the lead lender, is supporting the development of a 1.64 MW rooftop and carport solar PV system in Bladensburg, Maryland. The project requires that 40% of subscribers are low-to-moderate income households receiving discounted electricity. Additionally, this project will participate in the DC Solar Renewable Energy Credits market, which supports DC’s long-term renewable energy goals.

As the lead lender, NYCEEC has over a decade of specialized experience founded in 2010 by the City of New York as an independent, nonprofit specialty finance company. Their loans help advance markets for energy efficiency and clean energy in communities.
